Pierre Trudel is an Emeritus professor in the School of Human Kinetic, University of Ottawa, Canada. His research interests focus on coaching and the training of high performance coaches. Pierre has published over 100 articles, and has been a consultant for many sport organizations, developing programmes and supervising coaches. He is the current chair of the International Council for Coaching Excellence (ICCE)’s research committee.

Prof. abel santos
Current trends in sport management: job market and education
Prof. Abel Santos is a coordinator professor of sport management and the head of the Sport management Programme in the Sport Sciences School of Rio Maior, Polytechnic Institute of Santarém, Portugal. He teaches and has been principal research interests focused on issues related to strategic management, strategic planning and human resources in sport. He belongs to National Sport Council – an advisory body to the Secretary of State of Youth and Sport. As an expert, researcher and consultant, he works with the National Paralympic Committee, sports federations, public administration and city councils in the field of strategic planning, organizational performance and development of education programmes of human resources in sport.

Professor in Sport and Health Sciences at Dalarna University, Sweden and the Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences.
Professor J. Nilsson has his main focus in physiological and biomechanical studies on different sports and physical activity and health. He has spent a large part of his academic career integrating theory and practice in different sports and sport education. Prominent in his work during the last decade is sport innovation and the synergy between science and sport innovation. |

DR. AUSRA LISINSKIENE
COACH–ATHLETE–PARENT AS AN EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM: PUTTING EVIDENCE–BASED RESEARCH INTO PRACTICE
Dr. Ausra Lisinskiene completed her PhD thesis “Educational interaction between parents and adolescents in sporting activities” at Lithuanian sports university in 2016. At present she works at Lithuanian university of educational sciences as a researcher and lecturer. Her research interests focus on interpersonal relationships between coach, athlete and parent in promoting motivational climate in youth sport. As a theoretician and practitioner she carefully analyzes adjustment processes by integrating of educational programmes in youth sport. She has a great national and international experience and has also worked closely with a number of sport federations and organizations.

Associate Professor, PhD. Jarek Mäestu
Physical activity and sedentary behaviour - challenges for health
Jarek Mäestu is assosiated professor of sport biology in Institute of Sport Sciences and Physiotherapy, Faculty of Medicine, University of Tartu. His main research interests have been training physiology and coaching sciences, where he also earned his PhD in 2004: However, in recent years he has also focused much on studies on physical activity and possible interaction to different health parameters. He has published more than 100 articles and has been supporting of several Estonian national and international level athletes. He is curently a vice dean of development of Faculty of Medicine and a member of Estonian Antidoping Disciplinary Commitee.

Dr. Aija Klavina
Evidence Based Research on Measures of Physical Activity in Children With and Without Disability
Dr. Aija Klavina is a professor and chief researcher at the Latvian Academy of Sport Education in Riga (Latvia). She teaches courses related to adapted physical activity and physiotherapy to graduate and undergraduate students. She received Ph.D. in education from University of Virginia (U.S.) in 2007. She has supervised more than 30 national and international project grants on topics related to adapted physical activity and inclusive education. Aija Klavina has been leading the Latvian Disabled Children and Youth Sport Federation since 1993. Currently she also is a president-elect of the European Federation of Adapted Physical Activities.
